My story
I'm Eden Armon Cohen, originally from Haifa, married to Lidi, the love of my life, and soon to be a mother. I've been a pilates instructor for more than a decade and I'm a clinical psychology intern.
As a kid I wasn't one of the athletic ones. I was a chubby kid who loved eating and wasn't that interested in moving. Only in high school did I discover how much movement and a healthier life could change how I felt — not only on the outside, but mostly on the inside. I found that sports made me feel stronger, more confident, more connected to my body, and simply much better with myself.
In the army my mom said one day: "Go on, do a pilates instructor course, it'll help your posture." I went, and from there it was love. I fell in love with pilates, and even more with coaching — with the ability to pass my love of movement to other people and let them feel, through the body, something that goes far beyond a workout.
Today I believe fitness isn't only about how the body looks or how strong it is. For me movement is a place to release, to connect to myself, to find confidence and healing. There's something deep, almost therapeutic, in watching a person discover that their body can be a strong, safe, good place for them.
The best way to meet — in a class.
One intro class, no commitment. Come, say it's your first time, and from there we're with you.
