Terms of Use

1.1 The site is operated by Binenfit, a licensed business (business ID 205855703) located at 47 Bograshov St., Tel Aviv (the "Club" or "BINENFIT").

1.2 The Club runs two locations: a functional training space at 47 Bograshov St., Tel Aviv, and a reformer pilates studio at 27 Bograshov St. (corner of 33 Hovevei Zion St.), Tel Aviv.

2.1 Anyone may browse the site. Purchases on the site are for ages 18 and up only; a minor who wants to join the club's activities needs a signed parent or guardian consent form.

2.2 Don't use the site unlawfully, interfere with how it works, attempt to break into its systems, or collect information about other users.

2.3 Information on the site — including class descriptions, the schedule, and pricing — may be updated from time to time. The Club may change its services, prices, and schedule at any time. If a listed price contains a typo or error, the Club will notify you and give you the option to cancel the purchase at no charge.

3.1 Intro class — a one-time visit for 65 ₪, at a time you pick from the schedule. There's no commitment to continue. If you become a member, the intro class fee is credited toward your first payment.

3.2 Club membership — signing up for a membership (monthly visit plans, an unlimited monthly membership, or a class pack) is handled with the Club through its management system, and requires signing a membership agreement, a health declaration, and the Club's membership terms.

3.3 All prices are in New Israeli Shekels and include VAT. The binding price is the price shown when you complete the purchase.

4.1 Purchases on the site are processed through secure checkout via Arbox — a third-party management and payment platform that meets accepted payment-security standards. The Club does not store your credit card details.

4.2 After you complete a purchase, a confirmation/invoice is sent to the details you provided. It's your responsibility to provide accurate information.

4.3 A purchase is complete only once the credit card company approves it and the system confirms it.

The cancellation policy is subject to the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981, and its regulations, which override anything stated in these terms.

5.1 Canceling an intro class (distance sale): you may cancel within 14 days of purchase, as long as you cancel at least 2 non-rest days before the scheduled class. Your payment will be refunded within 14 days, minus a cancellation fee of up to 5% of the purchase price or 100 ₪, whichever is lower (if the Club chooses to charge it).

5.2 Rescheduling: you can reschedule an intro class for free, subject to availability, by reaching out on WhatsApp up to 12 hours before the class.

5.3 Canceling an auto-renewing monthly membership (ongoing transaction): you can cancel anytime, with no cancellation fee and no exit penalty. Billing stops within 3 business days of your cancellation notice (6 business days if sent by registered mail), and you're only billed a prorated amount for the period up to the billing stop date.

5.4 Class packs: class packs are non-refundable, except where a cancellation right under law applies. You can transfer a class pack to another member with the Club's approval.

5.5 How to send a cancellation notice: WhatsApp 058-482-2550, email binenfit@gmail.com, phone, registered mail, or the dedicated cancellation link on the site. Include your full name and phone number or ID number so we can identify you.

5.6 If you cancel because of a defect, a mismatch with what was described, or non-delivery — no cancellation fee applies, and you'll receive a full refund as required by law.

6.1 Participating in physical activity at the Club requires a valid, signed health declaration, per the Israeli Gyms (Licensing and Supervision) Law, 1994.

6.2 If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, take medication regularly, or have any health concern — consult a doctor before starting and let the Club's team know.

6.3 Use of the recovery area (sauna and ice baths) is subject to dedicated safety rules and an appropriate health declaration, as detailed in the Club's membership terms. Among other cases, it is not suitable during pregnancy or for people with heart conditions, arrhythmia, or unmanaged blood pressure — except with a doctor's written approval.

6.4 Nothing on the site is medical, nutritional, or professional advice, and it is not a substitute for personal consultation.

7.1 Activity at the Club itself — including booking and canceling classes, waitlists, membership freezes, membership transfers, conduct rules, and use of the facilities — is governed by the Club's membership terms, which every member signs when joining.

7.2 If these site terms conflict with the membership terms: for site use and online purchases, these terms control; for activity at the Club, the membership terms control; and in any case, mandatory provisions of law override both.

7.3 Photography at the Club: some classes, events, and activities at the Club are photographed and filmed for documentation and marketing, including posts on social media and this site. Signing up for and participating in an activity constitutes consent to that photography and use. If you'd rather not appear in published material, let the team know in writing and the Club will honor it.

8.1 When you make a purchase, sign up, or leave your details on the site, we collect the details needed to handle your request: name, phone, email, and transaction details, along with the inquiry's context (the page it was sent from, the referring page, and campaign parameters) so we can attribute it to its source. Providing them is up to you, but without them we can't complete a purchase or get back to you.

8.2 The details are used to operate the service, schedule classes, process payments, and communicate with you, and are stored in the Club's records and in Arbox (a third-party service provider). The Club does not sell or share your details with third parties, except essential service providers (management and payments, email delivery, hosting) or as required by law.

8.3 You have the right to review the information collected about you and request that it be corrected or deleted, under the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, 1981. For requests: binenfit@gmail.com.

8.4 The site itself does not set cookies and does not run advertising trackers. The embedded Arbox booking and checkout component uses essential cookies only, required to complete registration and payment. Visit measurement, where enabled, uses cookieless analytics with no personal identification. If additional measurement or advertising tools are added in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly.

8.5 The Club applies accepted data-security measures; that said, no online system can be guaranteed completely immune to intrusion.

9.1 By leaving your details on the site and explicitly opting in, you agree to receive updates and promotional messages from the Club (WhatsApp, SMS, email) under Section 30A of the Israeli Communications Law (Telecommunications and Broadcasts), 1982.

9.2 You can opt out anytime by replying "unsubscribe" or contacting the Club, at no cost.

All content on the site — text, images, videos, design, logo, trademarks, and the BINENFIT brand name — belongs to the Club or to third parties who licensed its use. Copying, reproducing, distributing, or making commercial use of it without prior written permission is not allowed.

11.1 The Club works to keep the site available and running properly, but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in this section limits the Club's liability under law.

11.2 Links to external sites (WhatsApp, Instagram, navigation, and the like) are provided for convenience only; the Club is not responsible for their content or privacy policies.

The Club works to make the site and its service accessible in line with the Israeli Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities regulations (Service Accessibility Adjustments), 2013. The Club may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on the site and takes effect when posted, with its update date noted. A material change to an existing ongoing transaction will be communicated to customers as required by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Exclusive jurisdiction lies with the competent courts of the Tel Aviv-Jaffa district — without limiting mandatory consumer rights under law.
