It started on a Tel Aviv rooftop.

BINENFIT isn't an ordinary origin story — it's a story of making something from nothing. It started with no business plan and no investors: a coach who also worked behind a Tel Aviv bar, a roof on Ben Yehuda Street, and a borrowed pair of dumbbells. When the city shut, the door on the roof stayed open. The moments went up on stories — not as marketing, just because that's what there was.

And from there, people started showing up. First one, then a pair, then a group every hour from the morning. A simple rumor moved through the city: everything is closed — and here it's open. Underneath that was something deeper: in a time when everyone was alone at home, there was one place with music, energy, and people who see you.

When the place grew beyond what one person could hold, the older brother joined. One from Tel Aviv's bar and nightlife world, the other from the more ordered world of high-tech — and one business that connected them.

That's the DNA of the place: not "two brothers who made a revolution," but partnership, a supportive environment, and backup. Because once you have a good partner and a positive environment — nothing can stop you.

The road wasn't smooth. Neighbors, rain, permits, and a move to a place on Pinsker Street at the peak of uncertainty. A few times we had to close and go back to the roof, and each time we chose to keep going — slowly, from every shekel we earned.

From one branch we reached three, and with growth came the hard parts too. When the war broke out on October 7, what looked like another blow also became a chance to steady ourselves — and continue.

A lot of BINENFIT was born from improvisation. The ice baths started in the most neighborhood way possible — freezing ice and bringing it from restaurants — and over time became a real recovery area, and then a sauna was added. Not a technical extra — part of the hangout, part of the wellness, part of the full experience.

And from there we went outward: wellness events, and Friday community parties with a DJ. We took what's unique here — the atmosphere, the connection, the energy and the ice — and brought it out into the world.

After all that, the real question isn't what we built — it's what for. This place exists to remind one thing: life keeps going, you can always get better, and we'll do it together.

BINENFIT is a space for the mind — a place that gives confidence and refuge, a place to clear your head. Yes, people train here, and seriously — but the real value is in the connection between people: a workout you look forward to, and a community you come back to.
